Laurel.Fit handles the essentials (routines, weight tracking, and notes), but when used with one of our proprietary devices it automatically counts your reps and provides real-time velocity analysis for every rep.
Laurel.Fit provides instant feedback for every rep, displaying mean concentric velocity (MCV), mean propulsive velocity (MPV), set duration, and the rep displacement, giving you the power to modulate your workout mid-set.
You can even set a velocity threshold and Laurel.Fit will alert you when you have reached a certain level of fatigue to help you prevent over-exhaustion.
